1. Cancelation, Return, and Refund
- CANCELLATION OF ORDER/CHANGING OF ORDER IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Please make up your mind before sliding through our DM.
- Buyers who will cancel their orders will be posted as bogus or will be blacklisted from the shop.
- Return of item/s is only applicable for the wrong item/s delivered to you.
- We only offer refunds for items that are out of stock.2. Mode of Payment
- You may pay in full or pay at least 50% downpayment and settle the remaining balance after 10 days or on the said deadline.
- We will only secure your orders once your downpayment is settled.
- We will only allow 24 hours to settle your account. For overdue payments, a late payment fee of ₱50 per day will be charged to you.3. Estimated Time of Arrival/Shipping of Items
- Items from South Korea usually take 2 to 3 weeks after shipping out from South Korea via Sea Cargo.
- Delays may be caused by the international courier and customs both from the departure and arrival area of the package.
